Digvijay Gagneja is the Co-founder and Global COO of Leverage Edu, where he has played a key role in building and scaling the company's operations and global expansion. He joined Leverage as Chief Operating Officer in 2020 and became Co-founder and Global COO in 2023. Before Leverage, he worked with McKinsey & Company and Matrix Partners, bringing experience in strategy, operations and investments.
At Leverage, his work is closely connected to international education, student mobility and global career pathways. The company works with students, universities and education partners across international markets, and has been expanding its presence into new regions.
