Lohit Bhatia is the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Quess Corp Limited, bringing over 28 years of experience across multiple industries. Since joining Quess in 2011, he has played a key role in its growth from a staffing organisation with 13,000 associates to nearly 480,000, establishing Quess as India's No. 1 staffing organisation and one of the world's largest by workforce.
His leadership has also supported Quess' expansion across the Middle East, Singapore and Sri Lanka through strategic acquisitions and integration. A strong advocate for workforce formalisation and labour reform, Lohit has worked extensively with policymakers and industry institutions on labour codes, skilling, employability and the future of work.
He served three consecutive terms as President of the Indian Staffing Federation and currently represents Southern APAC on the Board of the World Employment Confederation.
