Neeti Sharma is the CEO of TeamLease Digital and a seasoned leader in India's staffing, skills and workforce ecosystem, with over three decades of experience across the corporate sector, government and educational institutions. Over her two decades with the TeamLease Group, she has led multiple businesses, including TeamLease EdTech and TeamLease Skills University, India's first Skills University.

At TeamLease Digital, Neeti focuses on building future-ready technology talent and helping organisations respond to rapidly changing workforce needs. Her work spans digital skills, employability, workforce transformation and the evolving relationship between technology and employment. She brings a strong understanding of the intersection between education, skills and industry demand, with a focus on creating pathways that make talent more employable and businesses more future-ready.

Neeti is also actively involved in industry and skills conversations, including through the CII Skills Committee, and has been recognised among leading women shaping India's technology and learning ecosystem.
