Avinav Nigam is the Founder and CEO of TERN Group, a global workforce mobility platform focused on connecting skilled professionals with international employment opportunities. An IIT Bombay alumnus, Avinav has built his career across technology, entrepreneurship and investment, with experience at organisations including CARS24, PayU, IMMO and The Walt Disney Company.
At TERN, he is working to transform international recruitment through technology, upskilling and ethical migration pathways, with a particular focus on addressing critical healthcare workforce shortages across markets such as Europe, the UK and the GCC. His work centres on making global mobility more transparent, efficient and accessible while helping employers connect with skilled talent across borders.
Avinav brings a strong technology-led perspective to the future of global workforce mobility, with a focus on building systems that enable people and talent to move across borders safely and with greater dignity.
